MORE HATE PRODUCTIONS RUSSIAN UNDEGROUND METAL LABEL

The debut work of a doom/death metal band from Rostov-on-Don (Russia). The line-up consisting of mature and experienced musicains (inclusive of two former members of famous black metal band RAGOR) decided to focus on the gloomy genre that is doom metal. The sound of the "Apogee of Nihility" as well as the music itself demonstrate old school doom death metalworshiping. The solid, expressive and atmospheric material is highly competitive with the opuses of western big names of the genre. The songs bring listeners back to dismal abysses of canonical doom/death metal of the early 90s when the Swedes TIAMAT and the Brits PARADISE LOST, MY DYING BRIDE and ANATHEMA had just tried their hands and released their debut albums. Sledgehammer-heavy guitar riffs and hoarse growling confessions of the vocalist (who preferres to use his native language) multipled by austere melodicism and flavoured with depressing drama awake hurricane of emotions and surprise with thoroughness and expertise of the musicians. Carefully and timely added keys and strings (almost imperceptible for the first little while) along with episodic chanting contribute to the charm of the record, while the atmospheric "forestal" cover art welcomes listeners to the world created by this interesting band!
