MORE HATE PRODUCTIONS RUSSIAN UNDEGROUND METAL LABEL

The debut full-length album of this groove metal band from Chelyabinsk (Russia) has been a very long time in the making. Some ideas for this release emerged back in 2014, though have since been significantly modified. Now we can safely say that this album is not just proving the maturity of the band — this opus magnum draws a line under every experience survived by the musicians so far. The lyrics exploit a certain historical concept. The songs refer to real events, dark episodes of the past, reminding us of the sad chapters of human history. There are songs about tyranny, criminal negligence, greed that resulted in tragic consequences and claimed many lives. That is why the album is titled "Epitaph" — it reminds us of what we should not forget. As for the music, it is a mighty groove/melodic death metal at the junction with metalcore. The cover art features an angel of death on it, as death is a common subject for all songs on the album. It’s prototype is a real statue of Haserot angel from Lakeview cemetery (Cleveland, US), that holds the remains of more than 100,000 people. The album cover art was drawn by Ivan Stan.
