KATAR "Paradigma Digitized"

www.metal-observer.com

For collectors of the most absurd names in Heavy Metal the duo from the north of Russia has got one more illustrious example to add. One could, if one would like to call the style of those two bad guys Cyber Porn Neo Industrial Metal. It's all hitting the point, I promise. If this isn't enough information for you, you should look below to my sources of inspiration. The Industrial Black Metal bands DIABOLICUM, MYSTICUM or DIABOLOS RISING as well as the "New German Hardness" heroes from RAMMSTEIN, the one or the other amount of the legendary LAIBACH or older PITCHSHIFTER stuff or GODFLESH could have been the fathers of "Paradigma Digitized". All that combined makes the sound already named in the beginning. Not necessarily new, but as there are not so many bands to find in this genre, KATAR should definitely get some attention from the audience that likes this music. The very well created atmosphere, which is cold as ice and computerized, knows how to please and would perfectly fit to an End of Days-movie where the machines take over the control and send every living being into the Nirvana. Man is standing in the background here and the precision of the machine in the spotlights of the scenario. However, the professionalism on "Paradigma Digitized" is nothing to wonder about, as Al'Con.Cept (vocals) and Pattern Zero (guitars, bass, keyboards and programming) have been in this business for quite a while now. With their main bands ROSSOMAHAAR und DER GERWELT they had already had success in their home country and the releases have even gained good feedback in our surrounding. To explore the existing potential of ideas completely, the two of them obviously had to find a new working area with KATAR to make room for their musical creativity. "Paradigma Digitized" therefore has become the suitable playground for sick and apocalyptic ideas of any kind and should find enough friend in the underground. KATAR are definitely worth listening to.
